With Genomapp, it becomes effortless to process this file and receive a categorized list of conditions specific to your DNA.</p>

Our database covers a wide range of conditions, including well-known ailments such as breast cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease. Additionally, we provide markers for crucial tumor suppressor genes like BRCA1/2, PTEN, and P53.</p>

However, please note that VCF files from WES/WGS are currently incompatible.</p>
